Annual Board Meeting - April 16th and 17th 2010
We had a great board meeting in Greenville with the following members in attendance: Assistant Raban Luel Shaneyfelt and Lady Nell, High Priest and Profit Tim Wright, Recorder P.P. Herb McKelvy, Greenville Hospital Chairman Emeritus P.P. George Boyd, and Board of Governors member George Pipes with Lady Regina. As usual the festivities were first class, the presentations very informative, and most importantly the information provided regarding the hospital most timely and beneficial. We were honored to present checks in the amount of eight thousand dollars to the hospital for it’s use in spinal implant surgeries. Much thanks to Jackson County Shrine Club, the Cahaba Buffoons, and Director Dennis Thomas for making this donation possible.
Our Annual Board Meeting for 2011 is scheduled for April 15th and 16th and will again be held in Greenville at the Embassy Suites. This is always a very fact filled event and most who attend are very pleased, not only with the information relayed, but also the hospitality and fellowship. If you would like to attend let me know and I will help in any way possible. Side trips to the hospital, golf excursions, and several social events are in the planning stages.
